The Doctor is at Your Door has been serving the Austin community for over a decade. Our practice is unique in that we cater to patient's medical needs in the privacy of their own home or assisted living facility. This is especially important to those who are elderly, do not have access to a vehicle, or for those who are disabled. Dr. Jose R. Garcia (owner, with over 40 years of experience), and Nurse Practitioners, Desiree Edwards and Sabainah Ogunrinade, care for patients with a variety of medical ailments and chronic conditions. They carefully oversight patients by making a house call every one to three months, or as often as medically necessary depending on the stabililty of the patient's medical problems. All patients receive a number to reach one of the providers by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Patients are assured their health and medication needs are carefully oversighted.  We collaborate closely with local home health agencies and hospices providing well rounded home care to accommodate each patient's unique needs.
